For the 4 – 50 PE range, the typical wastewater sources are from domestic, small tourism, small schools, and small hospitality applications. But our flexible solutions can be applied to any small-scale application that produces wastewater.
Characteristics
Wastewater characteristics can vary between applications. For hospitality applications such as restaurants, the pollutant loading can be higher than normal due to oil, grease, and high organic content. For schools the ammonia can be very high due to toilet use. For general household wastewater the composition is normal, with a BOD of 300 mg/l. We can clean all wastewater types to a level to allow for safe discharge to the environment and reuse.
